New Personal Tax Clients
To complete intake and authorization forms with your computer, please follow the below instructions. If you have any questions, please call our office.
Forms can also be printed and filled out by hand, if you choose to do so please drop off completed forms at our office.
- Click on the form(s) you require – they will automatically download to your computer
- Open the downloaded file using your installed PDF reader
- Fill out all information
- Note: authorization forms and the personal tax engagement letter require signature(s). Electronic signatures can be found as an option within PDF readers.
- Save the file somewhere safe on your computer
- Log-in to our Client Portal and upload the completed file to the “Client Documents” folder
- If you do not yet have a client portal, please e-mail email@example.com and request access
